Age isn't a barrier to new beginnings & change

Many people, after a certain age, adopt a new excuse! And it has to do with age! We lock at the number and not focus on the advantages that this number carries along.

Experience

We have learnt and went through the rough start of our business life. Not only can we handle failure way better than we did long time before. But we can do things faster. We can identify what is important and what is not. We don’t overreach and can take feedback without believing that that is the end of our ego.

Endurance

We are used to working long hours & handling challenging situations. The setbacks is just a small challenge … a challenge to find a new trick to deal with the issue fast & effective We know to support colleagues and handle people

Satisfaction

We have achieved some of the goals that we set when we were young. After a certain stage any new goal has to do with things that really matter. The only goal is just to keep our mind active and engaged. It contributes to our mental & emotional well-being. At our maturity we support & elevate the newbies, and we are satisfied when they do good!

Irrational

We act with wisdom. Age allows us to set aside our ego and think beyond ourselves. We do things to leave a positive impact. We don’t jump into conclusions. We have learnt how to integrate knowledge and feelings.

Ultimately, the number on the calendar is simply a measure of time passed, not a measure of potential remaining. Our maturity provides us with an unparalleled suite of assets: clarity of purpose, resilience forged by setbacks, and the wisdom to prioritize impact over fleeting vanity.

At that state, we are better equipped for any beginning When we embrace this perspective, Age should never be a barrier to new beginnings & change, but rather, the greatest advantage we possess.
